I have a dream

OK, it's like this: I need a benefactor who can come to the rescue of the house in which I live. Surely someone out there sees the opportunity for some investment property who can buy, save and move this house to nearby vacant property, and I think I have found the perfect place. There is a vacant half acre lot located at 234 Lake Street on which an old Greek Revival house stood until last year when it was razed. The owner of that property is in serious arrears on her property taxes and I am willing to bet that she'd be more than willing to get rid of it just to pay off her debt. Here is where you can find out more about said property: http://www.portagecountyauditor.org/Data.aspx?ParcelID=17-031-22-00-152-000. This house would more than fit on that plot of land with plenty of space for a driveway and parking lot for tenants. You would already have me as a steady tenant so long as you wouldn't price me out of my own apartment and would allow me to stay at a reasonable rate (we could discuss that later). This house has had over $80,000 in recent improvements done to it recently, such as new bathrooms, new or renovated kitchens, new vinyl siding and new double pane replacement windows. There are three apartments in this home, upstairs, a one bedroom (where I have lived for nearly 30 years), a 2 bedroom across the hall and a 3 bedroom downstairs. If you did not wish to rent to college students, this would be an ideal place for more mature tenants to reside, seeing as how there is a serious shortage of walkable, affordable housing available for folks my age (we 50+ set). This house is cozy, comfortable, well kept, many recent improvements and an excellent investment property under the current ownership of a local Dunkin' Donuts franchisee who I am more than sure would happily sell the house for a very reasonable price since all he really wants is the land on which it sits and not the house itself. Please, someone, won't you step forward and save my house? Surely there's someone willing to make this happen. Surely there's someone with enough money to buy the house, the land and have the ability to help defray the cost of moving this house to its new spot as well as putting in a new foundation, parking and a driveway. I know, that's not going to run cheap, it's going to take money, but in the long run, I think that it will have been worth it. At the very least, you will earn my eternal gratitude for saving my beloved home. And the city will thank you for buying property on which a lot of back taxes are owed that maybe they will finally get from the person who owes them so much. Please, I beg you, help me here. Someone. I can't bear the loss of my home. The pain is almost more than I can bear. Thanks for listening.
